Sparc - Monday through Friday 5am

Sparc is a workout class that alternates between short bursts of intense exercise and brief recovery periods. These sessions are designed to push your body to its limits, helping to burn fat, build strength, and improve cardiovascular health in a shorter amount of time. The exercises are typically quick, challenging, and can be modified to suit different fitness levels.

Personal Training

Personal Training is one-on-one coaching that focuses on your individual fitness goals. A personal trainer creates customized workout plans tailored to your needs, whether you’re aiming to lose weight, build muscle, improve mobility, or boost endurance. With expert guidance, your trainer will help you with proper form, technique, and motivation to ensure you’re getting the most out of every session

CrossFit Classes - Monday through Saturday 6am, 12pm, 4:15pm, 5:15pm, 6:15pm

CrossFit workouts are a mix of functional movements—like lifting, jumping, running, and rowing—that are done at a high intensity. These workouts are designed to improve strength, endurance, and overall fitness. CrossFit combines weightlifting, cardio, and bodyweight exercises, all done in a group setting or individually. The goal is to push your limits, increase performance, and build muscle, all while keeping things varied and challenging.

Barbell Club - Saturdays at 9am

Barbell Club is a specialized class focused on developing strength and technique using barbells. In these classes, you’ll learn the fundamentals of Olympic weightlifting, including the clean & jerk and snatch, as well as powerlifting moves like squats, deadlifts, and presses. The emphasis is on perfecting your form while progressively building strength and power. Whether you're a beginner or looking to fine-tune your technique, Barbell Club provides expert coaching and a structured environment to help you lift safely and effectively.

Infinity’s Kids Classes - Thursdays at 4pm & Saturdays at 11am

Infinity Kids is a fun, high-energy workout program designed for children that focuses on developing strength, coordination, and fitness through age-appropriate exercises. The classes incorporate playful movements like jumping, running, climbing, and lifting, all while teaching kids the importance of teamwork, discipline, and having fun with fitness.

Run Club - Thursdays at 5pm

Run Club is a community-driven class designed to improve your running skills, endurance, and speed. Whether you're a beginner or a seasoned runner, these sessions cater to all levels and focus on technique, pacing, and building stamina. You'll participate in structured runs, interval training, and form drills—all while being supported by a group of like-minded runners. It's not just about the miles, but about building a strong foundation for injury-free running and hitting personal bests.
