FREE One on One Class

Introductory Session

Prior to joining XFI, athletes complete a one hour introduction class.  The free intro class allows us to assess your current fitness level, learn about each other and set a baseline to mark you improvement.  You'll get a feel for our box, our sessions and coaches and we can begin to know you.


Make sure to dress comfortably - workout shoes and appropriate attire.        


This hour provides you with the following:     


  • One on One Baseline Workout   
  • A tour of the facility  
  • Nutritional assessment  
  • Goal setting  
  • Explain our methodologies  
  • Answer any questions you may have
